Returns:
- Eligibility: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
- Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or final sale items.
Refunds:
- Process: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Exchanges:
- Size or Style: If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order.
How to Return:

- Pack & Ship: We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
- Refund Processed: Once we receive your return, we’ll initiate the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that’s damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
