  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, with all tags still attached.

Refunds:

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Exchanges:

  • Size or Style: If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that’s damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
